Custom Development & Enhancements

  • All platform customizations are billed based on estimated effort and development complexity
  • Third-party API integrations evaluated individually with charges based on technical requirements
Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Refunds eligible within 7 days of purchase only
  • ₹10,000 deduction for setup/installation costs
  • Only applicable for technical failures/malfunctions
  • Void if client fails setup/customization obligations
Location Tracking Services

Google Maps tracking requires client-maintained Google Wallet API credits

  • IndiaMART: API Key + Registered Mobile required
  • TradeIndia: User ID, Profile ID + API Key
  • Just Dial: Integration URL + Parent ID
  • Exporter India: API Key + Registered Email
  • OLX: Integration URL required
IVR System Integration
  • Not included in core package
  • Pre-integrated providers: no extra cost
